Bronze Package

For those with specific, short-term goals who need some direction to get started

INCLUDES

  • Three (3) fifty-minute virtual coaching sessions tailored for your specific needs

  • Pre-coaching questionnaire form

  • 1 Assessment (Skills, Values, Interests, or Strengths)

RESULTS

Each client will choose what they hope to accomplish, typically 1 of the items below:

  • Clarification of career goals

  • Mock Interview

  • Job search strategy and planning

Silver Package

For those who know what they want from their career but need help making it happen with specific goals, action planning and support. 

INCLUDES

  • Six (6) fifty-minute virtual coaching sessions tailored for your specific needs

  • Pre-coaching questionnaire form

  • Up to 2 Assessments (Skills, Values, Interests, or Strengths)

  • Homework after each session to keep you on the path to achieving your goals.

Note: These sessions are to be used within a 3-month time period

RESULTS

  • Increased awareness of your skills, values, abilities, strengths, and/or weaknesses

  • Identification of pressing professional concerns

  • Actionable steps to complete towards addressing your identified goal(s)

Gold Package

For those who want more ongoing professional exploration & support

INCLUDES

  • Twelve (12) fifty-minute virtual coaching sessions tailored for your specific needs

  • Pre-coaching questionnaire form

  • Three (3) 15-minute lifeline phone calls

  • Up to 3 Assessments (Skills, Values,  Interests, or Strengths)

  • Homework after each session to keep you on the path to achieve your goals. 

  • Access to our session recordings when conducting activities including practice interviews, discussions, & presentations

Note: These sessions are to be used within a 6-month time period

 

RESULTS

  • Results noted in the "Silver Package"

  • Increased confidence in approaching and working through professional concerns due to ongoing feedback and accountability

Student Package

For undergraduate students or students 1-year post-graduation from undergraduate degree

Choose from the above Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages - at a 50% discounted rate!

Customized Mental Health Professional Package

For mental health professionals in training (i.e., MHC, MSW, PhD) 

SERVICES MAY INCLUDE

Create Your Own Package

For someone who desires a more customized experience

EXAMPLES

  • career coaching on a long-term retainer basis (requires minimum 6-month commitment) 

  • more than the 12 sessions provided in the Gold package

  • additional access to phone & email communication between sessions (for extra help before crucial presentations, interviews etc).

Note: Dr. Regis works with up to three career coaching retainer clients at any given time.
